Most recreational GA aircraft are single engine piston prop jobs. Looking at the very early Learjets, those planes aren't very big, and could be owned and affluent enough who wants something more than a 172 or a Bonanza.
Are there any small turbine (prop, jet or fan) aircraft out there for GA purposes? Or is that technology reserved for business aircraft? Comparatuvely, a smaller turbine engine than on the Learjets is doable and would be lighter and more powerful than a Continental or Lycoming 6-cylinder.
