Does anybody have experiences with compliance checklists parts CAT, SPA and ORO? Have to be all sections part of operational manual? Or section which we are not using could be skipped?

ok, Basically you should provide mentioned checklist for each part of your approval separately. Filled checklist have to be send to your CAA prior changes will valid. As well this chceklist is reguired during initial approval of your operation. Further operation changes are made via standard management of change.
